Today is International Self-Care Day, and we want to redefine what that actually means.

Self-care isn't a luxury or a reward you have to earn. It is a vital, proactive tool for mental wellness and survival. You cannot pour from an empty cup, and tak True wellness shouldn’t have a price tag. While big events and therapy are incredible, mental health support needs to be accessible to everyone, right where they are.

Today, we’re sharing three completely free apps designed to help you m July can be a surprisingly heavy month for youth and teens. When school routines end, many lose their daily structure, friend groups, and built-in mental health support. This sudden isolation can cause a quiet spike in loneliness and anxiety.
