Understanding mental health starts with the right tools and stories. 📖

This Suicide Prevention Month, we are sharing 6 impactful books exploring brain trauma, youth mental health, lived experiences, and daily grounding practices.

Created at our recent Reeling in Stigma event, attendees wrote down names of those lost, personal struggles, and words of hope to build this tribute.

MHFA gives everyday leaders, staff, and neighbors the practical tools and confidence to support someone in crisis.

Just like CPR prepares you for a physical medical emergency, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) equips everyday people with the skills and confidence to recognize, understand, and respond when someone September is Suicide Prevention Month. 🕊️ For Love IV Lawrence, this work is deeply personal. Nine years after losing Lawrence, we continue turning grief into action, connection, and life-saving support across Tampa Bay.

• Aug 30: Barbershop Conversations Wellness Day Brain health is mental health. We are proud to support @the_mac_parkman_foundation  as they host the 3rd Annual International Summit on Repetitive Brain Trauma right here in Tampa on September 16–17! 🧠✨
