Presented by Love IV Lawrence, a fund at Community Foundation Tampa Bay
Reeling in Stigma is Love IV Lawrence’s signature mental health awareness event—uniting community members, advocates, and changemakers for an evening of powerful storytelling, connection, and hope.
This year’s event features keynote speaker Johnny Crowder—a nationally recognized mental health advocate, TEDx speaker, suicide survivor, touring musician, and founder of Cope Notes, a groundbreaking text-based mental health platform supporting users in nearly 100 countries.
A suicide and abuse survivor with a psychology degree and over a decade of public advocacy and peer support experience, Johnny delivers refreshingly candid, heartfelt talks that blend lived experience, practical insight, and just the right amount of humor. His work has been spotlighted by Forbes, Entrepreneur Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and CNN World, and his message has inspired millions around the globe.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with community partners supported by Love IV Lawrence and learn more about the impactful work happening across Tampa Bay to support mental wellness.
Together, we challenge stigma, amplify voices, and build a more compassionate, connected, and mentally healthy community.
