Crisis Center of Tampa Bay

Youth in Transition aims to improve access to treatment and support services for those ages 16 to 25 who either have, are experiencing symptoms of, or are at risk of developing mental health conditions. Funding from Love IV Lawrence would support a Peer Intervention Specialist. We anticipate that 1,349 individuals will be served. The Peer will collaborate with the Youth in Transition Care Coordinator to ensure that every individual who seeks support has the resources and connections that they need to manage their mental health issues.
